    ABOUT YOU

    You are an energetic, sociable financial with a hunger for the commercial side of business. People come to you for your Excel master mind. You easily adapt your Finance language to your non financial stakeholders so everyone is on the same page. You have solid experience in controlling, commercial Finance, audit and or accounting and ready to take on the challenge of supporting our Finance business Partners. Your keen attention to detail, proactive mindset and excellence communication skills in English set your apart. You thrive in a fast paced, multicultural and dynamic environment.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    This role has it all. As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will support Commercial teams in all dimensions of the business, enabling effective decision-making. Your main responsibilities include License Business Partner support, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), month-end close activities, and driving standardization and simplification to unlock efficiency. This role requires you to bring your finance expertise to cross-functional teams, manage a multi-site team organization, and maintain a good balance between growing the topline and protecting financial assets. You also play an important role in determining pricing of the different SKU's and ensuring correct reflection in SAP.

    REQUIREMENTS


    • Experience in Controlling, commercial Finance, Audit/Accounting

    • Financial analytical and controlling skills

    • Excel Wizkid

    • Excellent Communicator and team player

    • Ability to translate Finance to non Finance language

    • Proactive , results oriented and committed

    • Rigorous with attention to detail
