- Contributing to maximize revenues through active upselling and cross selling;
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with guests;
- Following up on outstanding requests with guests;
- Create contracts and execute invoices & payments as well as handling all correspondence with guests;
- Conduct site inspections;
- Ensure good cooperation with your colleagues as well as with our guests and relations;
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness;
- Stress resistance and an organized working method;
- Flexibility, accuracy and helpfulness;
- Helicopter view, commercial attitude, and always thinking one step ahead;
- Pro-active approach and commercially focused;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
