Dit = de baan die jij ambieert
Als technisch consultant vertaal je de vraag van een klant naar een Exact oplossing in technische zin. Je voert projecten uit waarbij installaties, migraties en troubleshooting centraal staan. Je onderhoudt zelfstandig contacten met de klant en bewaakt eigen budget en planning op basis van je plan van aanpak of werkafspraken. Verder help jij onze klanten op weg
Jij hebt affiniteit met de accountancy wereld en je vindt het leuk om te sparren over de technische behoeften, waardoor een implementatie van de software succesvol uitgevoerd kan worden. Jouw diepgaande technische expertise met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden maakt jou de ideale sparringpartner voor elke klant.
En dat is nog niet alles. In deze rol vind je het leuk en interessant om deel uit te maken van een hecht team. Een team dat twee keer per maand samenkomt en ideeën uitwisselt waarbij je veel van elkaar kan leren en altijd bezig bent met het verbeteren van onze service. Voor de implementaties wissel je remote werken af met bezoeken op locatie bij onze toffe klanten. Maar het allerbelangrijkste is dat je nog niet uitgeleerd bent en dat je je graag verder wilt ontwikkelen op gebied van onze producten

Jij sluit je aan bij de ruim 11 collega's van het Exact Consultancy Accountancy team in Nederland, onderdeel van de afdeling Customer Succes. Zij staan bekend om hun grote kennis van de Exact Accountancy producten, hun enthousiasme en hun goede samenwerking met klanten en interne collega's. Hulp vragen als het moet en hulp aanbieden als het kan zit in hun DNA. We kennen weinig vooraf uitgestippelde paden, waardoor je veel ruimte krijgt om je eigen weg te kiezen.
