    Your Role at New10

    As a Junior Fraud Investigator, you will be part of our Risk team, collaborating with another Investigator to detect and investigate fraud cases. Your keen attention to detail, technical prowess, and creative mindset will play a crucial role in spotting and resolving fraud cases effectively while ensuring fair vetting processes.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring and investigating fraud cases using data analysis
    • Identifying fraud patterns, trends, and emerging threats
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders like Operations, Data, and Risk teams
    • Maintaining detailed fraud investigation records and upholding ethical standards
    • Preparing reports on investigation progress and recommendations

    Requirements

    We're seeking a candidate with:

    • At least 2 years of experience in fraud investigation or similar roles
    • Prior experience in fintech is advantageous
    • A creative and curious mindset
    • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
    • Interest in fraud investigations or SME lending
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in criminology, finance, or law
    • Exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
    • Capacity for innovative strategies and research methods
