- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de performance kanalen;
- Je denkt strategisch mee over de online marketingstrategie waarbij je rekening houdt met de specifieke behoeften van de landen waarin we actief zijn (NL, FR, DE, BE);
- Je beheert het digitale marketingbudget, verzorgt de forecasting en rapportage van de resultaten;
- Je coördineert en stuurt de Performance- en shopping campagnes aan;
- Je gebruikt data en analyses om de prestaties en effectiviteit van onze digitale media per productcategorie te meten en te verbeteren;
- Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het opzetten en optimaliseren van een naadloze omnichannel-ervaring voor onze klanten;
- Je richt je op het aantrekken van klanten in onze showrooms door middel van gerichte marketingcampagnes en lokale initiatieven;
- Je werkt samen met onze afdelingen category management, GaderoTV, content, IT, sales en klantenservice;
- Je stuurt externe bureaus & partners aan.
- Je hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in het beheren van grote internationale e-commerce budgetten;
- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van performance-based kanalen, met een sterke nadruk op Social;
- Je bent ijzersterk in de toepassing van Mar-Tech voor ecommerce. Denk hierbij aan de inzet van data en productfeeds en het gebruik van tools als Channable;
- Je bent datagedreven en bent in staat te werken met tools zoals GTM(ss), GA4 en Looker Studio;
- Ervaring met search en programmatic een pré;
- Je hebt een sterke persoonlijkheid en kunt goed presteren in een dynamische werkomgeving;
- Je hebt een commerciële instelling en een gezonde drive om maximale resultaten te behalen;
- Je beheerst het Engels in woord en geschrift. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met andere talen zoals Duits, Spaans en Frans.
