    Wat houdt de functie in?

    • Beoordelen van de maakbaarheid van nieuwe onderdelen en/of modules en het geven van advies aan de klant;
    • Opstellen van een projectplan met randvoorwaarden, doelstellingen en budget;
    • Aansturen van een divers projectteam op inhoudelijk vlak;
    • Opzetten en waarborgen van een stabiel en volledig productieproces;
    • Bewaken van planning, budget, technische specificaties en kwaliteitseisen;
    • Communiceren met zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden.

    Wat zijn de vereisten?

    • HBO werk- en denkniveau richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
    • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als projectleider in een technische productieomgeving;
    • Uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden;
    • Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
