- Je hebt een afgeronde bachelor of master op het gebied van Economie of Accountancy;
- Je beschikt over bewezen ervaring in het aansturen van een financieel team over meerdere entiteiten, het verbeteren van processen en het implementeren van nieuwe ERP-systemen;
- Je hebt kennis van de laatste technieken en systemen op het gebied van BI/data warehouse, outsourcing, etc.;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het opzetten van operationele financiële taken, een shared service center of een soortgelijke structuur;
- Je bent een goede communicator, een coachend leider en een innovatieve denker. Je hebt tevens een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, kent een gestructureerde werkaanpak en bent in staat om te inspireren;
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Duits is een pré;

De functie
In de functie van Manager Operational Finance stuur je het team aan dat zorgdraagt voor de gehele financiële transactieverwerking voor de Nederlandse entiteiten van Royal Kaak. Dit omvat:
– Order to Cash, Credit management
– Requisition to Pay, betalingscyclus
– Grootboek, Activa, Maandafsluiting
– Beheer van stamgegevens
– Belastingaangiften
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de verdere implementatie van het nieuwe ERP-systeem in de verschillende entiteiten. Als onderdeel daarvan onderhoud je de processen en signaleer je kansen om deze processen verder te verbeteren. Ook bewaak je of controles goed zijn ingericht en juist worden uitgevoerd, waaronder functiescheiding van specifieke processen en naleving van bevoegdhedenschema's. Vanuit je rol als financieel manager coördineer je tevens de voorbereiding voor de jaarlijkse audit en bijbehorende Q&A met externe auditors.
Jouw uitdaging
In het team van Operational Finance worden collega's vanuit meerdere locaties samengevoegd in één team. Het is jouw uitdaging om dit proces te begeleiden zodat deze overgang soepel verloopt, vandaar dat we op zoek naar een manager met ervaring in het aansturen van vergelijkbare teams of dergelijke transities. Daarnaast zit Royal Kaak in de overgang om naar één ERP-systeem over te gaan voor de verschillende entiteiten. In de loop van dit jaar verwachten we dat de eerste entiteiten overgaan naar dit systeem. In de functie van Manager Operational Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere begeleiding van de inrichting van de financiële processen.
