    Wie zijn wij?

    Chromalloy Holland is gevestigd in Tilburg en we zijn gespecialiseerd in de reparatie, vervaardiging en coating van vliegtuigonderdelen. We doen dit voor grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen, fabrikanten van vliegtuigmotoren en bedrijven die de revisie daarvan doen. Wij zijn het enige niet-OEM-bedrijf in de wereld dat coatings, reparaties, gietstukken, productie en revisies allemaal vanuit een enkele bron kan aanbieden. We maken onderdeel uit van een wereldwijde organisatie met het hoofdkantoor in de US. Met meer dan 4000 collega's zijn wij elke dag bezig met nieuwe oplossingen voor Aero-, Militaire- en Industrial Gas Turbines. Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg heeft ruim 190 medewerkers.

    Functieomschrijving

    Wat ga je doen?

    In deze functie ga je aan de slag met de voorbereidingen. Denk hierbij aan het toepassen van zijnde in- en externe voorschriften en het lezen van tekeningen en werkvoorbereiding documentatie. Ook houd je Visuele controle op het te bewerken van onderdelen en kies je hiervoor de juiste bewerkingsprogramma's en/of processen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verificatie van bewerking/procesparameters. Verder ben je geschikt om te kunnen TIG lassen.

    Samen met je Teamleader en collega's werk je iedere dag om het hoogst haalbare te realiseren op het gebied van Kwaliteit en Veiligheid. Je ervaring in het werken met kostbare en kwetsbare onderdelen, regelgeving en compliance maken dat je Chromalloy helpt alleen het allerbeste te leveren aan onze klanten. Bovendien heb je oog voor verbeteringen en ben je betrokken bij diverse (5S) projecten om onze processen nog beter, veiliger en efficiënter te maken. In de ene week werk je 5 dagen in de dagdienst en in de andere week 4 avonden in de avonddienst.

    Functie-eisen

    Wat heb je voor deze functie nodig?

  • Vebeteringsgericht, communicatief, secuur, analytisch, flexibel en een team player
  • Enige ervaring in het lassen van het moeilijker te lassen materialen (bijv. exotischere materialen zoals Ni en Co Base)
  • Een MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Bekend met bewerkingsprocessen
  • Gecertificeerd voor gerelateerde processen (minimaal NIL niveau 1, pré niveau 2)
  • In staat om tekeningen en werkvoorbereidingsdocumentaties te lezen
  • Ervaringen in het opstellen van eenvoudige rapportages
  • Beheerst technisch Engels voor het lezen van in- en externe voorschriften
