- You lead the coolest team within Swapfiets, consisting of technicians, mechanics, senior- and master mechanics in a warehouse with up to repairs per year
- Coordinate daily tasks, host team meetings, inform, and motivate the team to achieve daily targets, while also being responsible for team development
- You repair bikes yourself and coordinate repair checks
- Training of mechanics, support new colleagues in the onboarding program
- Create the shift planning for your team
- Lead the Swapfiets quality promise following the standard operating procedures and the quality controls and audits
- Help out with HR-related processes such as recruitment, performance management, sickness and leave
- Coordinate preparation of new (E-)Bikes and make them roadworthy
- You ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special repairs
- You are the main point of contact and support warehouse protocols
- Responsible for providing the repair supply forecast in the S&OE process and the execution of this forecast
- You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) work/level, preferably in a technical direction
- You worked with Bikes before/ have a Bike Mechanic certification
- You ideally have 1-3 years experience in a process-oriented environment
- You can coach and enthuse colleagues
- You are available full time
- You have an eye for detail and a perfectionist streak
- You can communicate well in English (Dutch is a plus)
