    Responsibilities

    This is a full-time role responsible for the processing of import shipments and all related activities for an assigned base of accounts. Performs duties related to import documentation review, and customs release coordination affecting timely delivery.

    Job Description

  • Coordinating and monitoring the entire import procedure, from shipping to delivering goods to the customer.
  • Communicating with customs and port authorities, carriers, and customers.
  • Monitoring and managing shipping schedules and delivery times.
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries and requests.
  • Working with internal departments to resolve customer requests and issues.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or related field.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A Logistics related degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
