    Job Description

    Looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tilburg. Do you prioritize customer satisfaction and excel in translating customer needs internally? If you are a pro at customer service and eager for growth, we want to meet you!

    Your Role

    As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle commercial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate order processing, communicating changes with customers and planning. Your responsibilities include:

    • Updating price agreements in the ERP system;
    • Assisting in preparing and following up on quotations;
    • Addressing deviations in collaboration with customers and planning;
    • Managing sample handling and follow-up;
    • Handling customer inquiries within the organization.

    You will support the Customer Service Manager by documenting order data and contributing to improvement projects.

    The Team

    This position expands our Customer Service team to include 3 colleagues responsible for customer interaction and order processing, working closely with the planning department.

    Candidate Profile

    Requirements

    We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a proactive approach, commercial affinity, and strong communication skills. You should be able to efficiently handle customer queries in Dutch and English, possess MBO4 level education, preferably in a commercial field, have 2-3 years of customer service experience, and be proficient in Office applications, especially Excel.
