Voor ons MKB team bij YoungCapital in Den Bosch zoeken wij een nieuwe Recruiter. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen kandidaten en (groeiende) MKB-bedrijven in regio Den Bosch en Tilburg. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en beheren van je eigen klantenbestand. Om dit voor elkaar te krijgen ga je binnenkijken bij veel verschillende soorten bedrijven. Als strategische adviespartner voor je klanten ben jij degene die de perfecte match creëert en zo draag je bij aan het succes van zowel je kandidaten als bedrijven. Je pakt de werving en selectie op om aan de beste uitzendkrachten te komen, hiervoor maak je gebruik van onze eigen grote database. Tot slot ben je altijd op zoek naar manieren om je klant te verrassen en partnership op te bouwen. De business gaat erg snel, dus snel schakelen is je tweede natuur
