- Steering financial cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) in close collaboration with Overheads budget owners;
- Providing insightful analytics and developing business cases with data-based insights to support business in decision-making;
- Challenging the status quo, identifying and implementing cost and cash effectiveness initiatives to optimize business results;
- In close collaboration with the other Finance Business Partners leading the development of integrated and value-added reporting to the management;
- Safeguarding data integrity and compliance to financial standards and accounting policies;
- Enhancing end-to-end (E2E) processes related to overheads cost management and addressing them to ERP project team for the implementation.
- At least a completed HBO education or level of working skills and knowledge;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial controlling, business controlling or finance business partnering;
- Proficiency or high interest in big data management, interpretation and visualisation (Experience in PowerBi) as well as programming language is desirable;
- Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred.

Your role
You will be vital part of the Finance Business Partnering department, which is a new and fast developing team within Allseas. We collaborate closely with the business and cross-functionally within finance to realise value maximisation. The Finance Business Partnering team consists of 9 finance-business experts who work in an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere. You will report to the Manager Finance Business Partnering, who is located at our head office in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.
Your main focus will be on the business partnering with the Overheads budget owners, including Vice-Presidents of various functions. You will support Allseas to achieve its objectives by translating the strategy into a financial plan, controlling the budget, providing financial analytics and relevant reports to the organisation to make strategic choices with a positive impact on our people, projects, processes, business and financial results.
