    Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij?

    Bij het snelgroeiende heeft eigenlijk iedereen het druk. Met wilde (of nog veel wildere) plannen ontwikkelen. En met het waarmaken daarvan. Maar de gouden 'mijn God, ik heb het zo verschrikkelijk druk-druk-druk' medaille wordt elk jaar uitgereikt aan Billie, onze spraakzame chatbot. Die voert miljoenen gesprekken en heeft wel chats per dag. Help jij mee om Billie, de beste chatbot van Nederland, nog klantgerichter te maken?     Wat je doet als Conversation Designer

    Standing on the shoulders of giants Met uitzicht op een 24-karaats gouden toekomst. Voor de chatbot die je verder 'opvoedt'. En voor de miljoenen klanten die het gesprek met Billie aangaan. Dat maakt dit tot een zeer zichtbare (iedereen kent Billie) positie met veel impact op de kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid van onze ondersteuning. En op de klanttevredenheid. Je onderwerpt bestaande dialogen aan je scherpe klantblik. Welke gesprekken snijden hout? Waar kan Billie met minder woorden hetzelfde zeggen? Waar kan de tone of voice verbeterd worden? En hoe geven we Billie meer karakter? Meedenken over, aanpassen van en/of het ontwerpen van nieuwe chat dialogen zijn belangrijke onderdelen van de job. Bovendien doen we een beroep op je 'algemene' contentcreatie skills, bijvoorbeeld voor inzet op onze service notificaties en online klantenservicepagina's. Zo houd je al jouw skills in absolute topconditie

  • Je her-ontwerpt chatbot dialogen en stuurt op gemak, helderheid en herkenbaarheid
  • Je ontwikkelt (gaandeweg steeds meer) nieuwe dialogen door je kennis van conversational copywriting toe te passen
  • Je helpt collega's conversational copywriting skills aan te leren en aan te scherpen
  • Je bouwt flows in het chatbotsysteem en doet dit in nauwe samenwerking met onze internationale developers

  • Geen content zee is je te diep Je wordt blij van puzzelen en het creëren/verbeteren van (heel) veel content

    Bij een van de bekendste online retail tech platformen van Nederland en België. Een platform waar zo'n 13 miljoen klanten kiezen uit 35 miljoen artikelen. Een platform dat zo'n partners helpt hun bedrijf te runnen. En een platform dat nooit 'af' is, want bol vindt retail sinds 1999 opnieuw uit, en dat willen we blijven doen. Als iets beter kan, willen we dat graag nog beter maken Samen met onze klanten, partners en meer dan 2.800 collega's.

    Je landt op de afdeling Online Service (met drie productteams) dat valt onder Customer & Partner Experience. Je werkt intensief samen met Conversation Designers, Product Designers, UX Copywriters en de Lead Content & Design, aan wie je rapporteert. Daarnaast werk je samen met drie innovatieteams, waarin de voertaal Engels is.

    Sollicitatieproces

  • Wij bekijken je sollicitatie zorgvuldig en binnen twee weken weet je of we je uitnodigen voor een gesprek.
  • Wij nemen telefonisch contact met je op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen.
  • Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op jouw competenties en je eerdere werkervaring. En natuurlijk ook de inhoud van de functie.
  • Voor het tweede gesprek vragen we je om van te voren een online assessment te maken. Bij sommige functies kunnen we je vragen om iets extra's, zoals een business case.
  • Is er een wederzijdse match? Dan doen wij je graag een aanbod bestaande uit een passend salaris en onze arbeidsvoorwaarden. We doen nog een laatste dubbelcheck op het papierwerk in de vorm van een screening. Daarna start jouw avontuur bij bol
