    JOB PURPOSE

    By channeling your enthusiasm for the brand and professionalism, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently supporting the operational backend of our stores.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all facets of inventory control, encompassing receiving and processing stock orders from the hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of received products, and promptly flagging any discrepancies
    • Assist the sales team by swiftly retrieving stock, including Omnichannel and stock pullback
    • Maintain the back of the house in an orderly fashion in line with Retail Operations and Standards
    • Conduct quality checks on all products consistently and alert the store lead of any issues
    • Support post-sales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance the customer experience
    • Ensure all stockroom equipment is functional and operational, promptly escalating any issues through Ask services
    • Handle adhoc administrative tasks such as answering calls, liaising with customer service, managing stationary and supermarket orders, and general administrative duties
    • Accommodate adhoc requests from store management to assist with events, visual merchandising, stocktaking, and other duties as required

    PERSONAL PROFILE

    • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proficiency in core Microsoft software with intermediate computer skills
    • Prior experience with SAP is advantageous
    • Capability to thrive in a team setting
    • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic team environment
