    Beschrijving

    Binnen het Unified Communications team van SSC-ICT hebben wij een uitdagende functie beschikbaar voor een Unified Communications engineer. Je gaat aan de slag met het beheren en onderhouden van MSTeams, telefonie en Cisco UCCX.

    Als Unified Communications engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, inrichting en de optimalisatie van onze telefonie-infrastructuur. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

    beheren en onderhouden van de telefonie infrastructuur;
    verlenen van support aan gebruikers bij telefonie gerelateerde vraagstukken;
    monitoren en analyseren van telefonienetwerken;
    uitvoeren van configuratiewerkzaamheden en updates;
    samenwerken met andere teams binnen SSC-ICT voor geïntegreerde oplossingen;
    meedraaien in piketdienst (1 week per 5 weken).

    Daarnaast kun je ook worden gevraagd om deel te nemen aan projecten om onze dienst verder uit te bouwen.

    Je hebt een afgeronde hbo IT-opleiding.
    Je hebt certificaten gehaald op het vakgebied van telefonie.
    Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van moderne telefoniesystemen.
    Je hebt (basis)kennis van VoIP-technologie en netwerkprotocollen.
    Je hebt ervaring met ITIL-processen.
    Je hebt ervaring met incidentmanagementsystemen.

    Het is een pre wanneer je:
    ervaring hebt met Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx en met het Cisco UCCX platform;
    een ITIL-certificaat hebt;
    ervaring hebt met Topdesk, moderne Operating Systems en Jira;
    kennis hebt van Agile en Scrum;
    globale kennis hebt van IT security-eisen en wetgeving, zoals AVG.

    • Naast het salaris ontvang je een Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB). Het IKB bestaat uit geld (16,37% van je bruto jaarsalaris) en tijd. Met het IKB maak jij de keuzes die bij jou passen en kun je een deel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden zelf samenstellen. Je kunt er bijvoorbeeld voor kiezen om een deel van je maandinkomen te laten uitbetalen wanneer jij dat wenst. Ook kun je dit budget omzetten in verlof en andersom of besteden aan fiscaal vriendelijke doelen. De Rijksoverheid hecht sterk aan persoonlijke groei en loopbaanontwikkeling en biedt daarvoor tal van mogelijkheden. Tot de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden behoren onder meer verschillende studiefaciliteiten, bedrijfsfitness, volledige vergoeding van je OV-reiskosten woon-werkverkeer en gedeeltelijk betaald ouderschapsverlof.

    De einddatum van de vacature is niet leidend. De selectie start wanneer geschikte kandidaten solliciteren. De vacature kan dus vóór de vermelde einddatum sluiten. Wees er daarom op tijd bij en reageer snel

    Het kan voorkomen dat jouw ervaring niet volledig aansluit bij het schaalniveau van deze vacature, maar dat we wel de motivatie en potentie in jou zien. In dat geval kijken we of er mogelijkheden zijn om een schaal lager in te stromen zodat je op termijn alsnog kan doorstromen naar de schaal van deze vacature.

    De wederzijdse kennismaking en selectieprocedure bestaat uit twee gesprekken en mogelijk een assessment. Bij een positief verloop volgt een afrondend arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek.
