Johnson & Johnson isthe world's largest healthcare company with an annual turnoverabove $80 billion. More than half of this turnover is generated bythe pharmaceutical business of J&J, united under the brand nameJanssen. Janssen Biologics in Leiden is a production facility for awide array of (pre-)clinical and commercial biotherapeutics; e.g.monoclonal antibodies and proteins as well as vaccines. In order toenable manufacturing of our products, MRP team orders 1000+ rawmaterials on a continuous basis for delivery in our centralwarehouse at Schiphol- Rijk. Those items can be used inmanufacturing until their expiry, after which they are put onstatus 'blocked', pending destruction. Management of this inventoryin that status is quite manual and requires a lot of manual inputfrom planning and warehouse departments. Our dynamic team consistsof 8 people with a variety of backgrounds and different portfolios.You will work in a GMP environment.
