As a valued member of the Import Office, your responsibilities will revolve around two main areas.
Firstly, you will oversee the meticulous administration of import cargo, including: Thoroughly reviewing and organizing paperwork Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) Adhering to international agreements and guidelines Secondly, effective communication will be vital to your role, both internally and externally.
