Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the resource reserve and franchise matters of regional franchisees, lead the review of service provider access, and formulate and implement regional franchise policies.
• Build a transportation and distribution network from 0 to 1 in Netherlands area as needed.
• Responsible for the service quality provided by city service providers under jurisdiction, improve the operational quality (cost and timeliness) of service providers and transportation networks, and manage the growth and development of regional franchisees and networks.
• Evaluate and summarize special policies in the region based on business conditions and regional environment, provide reasonable opinions and suggestions for network construction and franchise operations, and coordinate regional business risk warning and response work.
• Collect and analyze information on competitors in the industry, participate in the formulation of policies such as delivery fees and terminal transportation subsidies based on the current situation of regional operations.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of logistics operation experience in Colissimo, Asendia, Colis Privé, GLS, Chronopost, or Amazon (Amazon preferred), with experience in terminal delivery and transportation management (Dutch proficiency preferred).
• Familiar with the operation mode of logistics service providers and lastmile delivery companies, especially in Netherlands area.
• Experience in regional management, able to coordinate decentralized point areas, mobilize regional resources, and advance operational plans.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently promote projects and organize marketing personnel to drive business.
