- Leading all accounting (US GAAP), reporting, and SOX compliance activities across the EMEA region.
- Co‐leading ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives.
- Acting as the regional leader of controllership, ensuring strong governance, process standardization, and alignment with global financial strategies, while fostering high‐performance teams across EMEA.
- Collaborating with the M&A team on potential future projects and leading post‐merger finance integration initiatives.
- Managing regional finance organizations across EMEA and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross‐functional collaboration.
- Experienced Accounting and/or Financial Controlling leader with a strategic approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA preferred or overseas equivalent.
- Proven experience in US GAAP, local statutory reporting, and SOX/internal controls over financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to teach, mentor, and influence others.
- Experience in leading ERP implementation and/or finance transformation projects.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (primarily within EMEA; occasional US trips possible).
- Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.
