Job summary
The Operations Controller – EMEA plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial and operational performance across Valvoline Global Operations' regional Supply Chain.This position delivers financial leadership and decision support through accurate reporting, forecasting, and business case modelling. With initial focus on Europe and expansion to the Middle East and Saudi Arabia (KSA), the role provides structure and continuity across end-to-end supply chain operations—allowing regional leaders to focus on execution and long-term strategy.

- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly SC financials (P&L, variance analysis, KPIs), highlighting trends and risks.
