    IntroductieDeze organisatie streeft ernaar om de wereldwijde CO2-voetafdruk te verminderen. Als Lead Operator ben je belast met het toezicht op onze pilot plant in Helmond. Je vervult een cruciale rol in de operationele planning, organisatie en uitvoering. Je richt je op het behalen van operationele doelen op zowel korte als lange termijn, in overeenstemming met het testplan. Solliciteer dan nuOmschrijvingAls lead operator vervul je een centrale rol en fungeer je als het aanspreekpunt voor je team. Tot jouw takenpakket behoren onder andere:

    • Actief bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van de operationele fase.
    • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de HSE-prestaties op locatie, waarbij je het Goal Zero-beleid naleeft en indien nodig veiligheidsafsluitingen uitvoert.
    • Toezicht houden op de naleving van vastgestelde procedures.
    • Het doen van verbetervoorstellen op basis van eerdere resultaten.
    • Operationeel leiding geven aan de proeffabriek.
    • Regelmatig projectupdates verstrekken en rapporteren over de voortgang en testresultaten.
    • Analyseren van teamcompetenties en voorstellen doen voor trainingen om de kwaliteit van de installatie te verbeteren.
    Functie-eisenOnze ideale lead operator beschikt over het volgende:
    • Relevante ervaring als Lead Process Operator in een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de warmte-, energieproductie- of (petro)chemische industrie.
    • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van minimaal een VAPRO-B certificaat.
    • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden die een positief-kritische teamomgeving bevorderen, waarbij veiligheid, gezondheid, kosten en kwaliteit voorop staan.
