- Het managen van meerdere technische complexe projecten;
- Productie rijp maken van nieuwe producten en invoeren in bestaande processen;
- Verbeteren en optimaliseren van bestaande productieprocessen, middelen en kwaliteit. Hieruit voortvloeiend initieer je en neem je deel aan verbeterprojecten;
- Beheersen van risico's door middel van FMEA;
- Uitvoering geven aan kwaliteitsanalyses en hieruit volgende acties;
- Beheren en schrijven van werkinstructies, productinformatie en procesbeschrijvingen;
- In bedrijf nemen van nieuwe en aangepaste machines en processen;
- Je stelt de gietprocessen in;
- Maakt proto's en monsters;
- Programmeert robots
- Instrueert en begeleidt (nieuwe) operators in de productie.
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, eventueel aangevuld met het diploma Hogere Gieterij Techniek;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving en hier ervaring opgedaan in projectmanagement;
- Kennis van giettechnieken is een pré;
- Kennis van Robotprogrammering is een pré;
- Je hebt ervaring in de automatisering van productieprocessen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Engelse en bij voorkeur ook Duitse taal;
- Je bent fulltime (38 uur) beschikbaar.

van Foundry Process & Production Engineer bij BUVO CastingsIn de functie van Foundry Process & Production Engineer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen BUVO, tussen enerzijds ontwikkeling en anderzijds de productie. Je bent veelal bezig met het automatiseringsproces van de gieterij en zorgt dat het proces capabel is ingericht en verloopt. Voortdurend werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid van het gietproces.
Het betreft een zeer afwisselende baan, in een bedrijf dat volop in groei en ontwikkeling is en daarmee veel gave kansen en uitdagingen aan de uitvoering van deze functie biedt. Je ideeën worden snel geïmplementeerd en voortdurend vindt er een koppeling tussen theorie en praktijk plaats. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een enthousiast team van collega's en werkt intensief samen met productie, technische dienst en de kwaliteitsafdeling.

Een behoorlijk pakket van taken en verantwoordelijkheden, maar daarmee ook een zeer gevarieerde job, waarin jij je technische kennis en ervaring op meerdere vlakken kwijt kunt en verder kunt ontwikkelen.

Wij zoeken iemand met veel liefde voor techniek, die pro-actief is en initiatief durft te nemen. In deze job heb je veel interne contacten, het is dus belangrijk dat je makkelijk schakelt met diverse mensen. Binnen het team werk je zelfstandig. Je bent pragmatisch en kwaliteitsbewust ingesteld. Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan in complexe situaties en gaat altijd voor het best passende resultaat.
Wat je van ons mag verwachten
Een gevarieerde baan, met verantwoordelijkheid. Binnen BUVO wordt er gewerkt met de nieuwste machines. Technologie staat hoog in het vaandel. Daarmee is er ook ruimte voor ideeën en nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Logisch dat er daarmee ook ruimte is voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling in jouw vakgebied.
