- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van alle utiliteitssystemen zoals stookinstallaties, riolering, brandbestrijdingsinstallaties, klimaatinstallaties, waterzuiveringsinstallaties etc.;
- Uitvoering van preventieve onderhoudstaken en het oplossen van storingen om een ononderbroken werking van de nutsvoorziening te garanderen;
- Beheer en onderhoud van operationsgebouwen in eigendom inclusief bestrating, riolering en afvoer;
- Zorgen voor naleving van alle wettelijke voorschriften en veiligheidsnormen met betrekking tot de nutsvoorzieningen;
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals productie, technische dienst en kwaliteitscontrole om de efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid van de nutsvoorziening te optimalieren;
- Beheren van contracten en onderhouden van contracten met leveranciers.
- Diverse projecten rondom bovengenoemde onderwerpen.
- Een technische opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van civiele techniek;
- Ervaring met het beheer en onderhoud van utiliteitssystemen in een productieomgeving;
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel en adequaat te reageren op storingen;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en leidinggevende capaciteiten met het oog op doorgroeipotentie naar een leidinggevende rol;
- Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.

Waar ga jij werken?
Je komt te werken op de afdeling Utlilty binnen de Maintenance afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor het gehele technische onderhoud op de Rockwool Roermond Site. Samen met ongeveer 125 collega's zorg jij ervoor dat de productie goed blijft draaien. De afdeling Utility richt zich op het ontwikkelen, optimaliseren, en realiseren van een pakket facilitaire diensten ten behoeve van de ROCKWOOL operations afdeling in Roermond.
Al meer dan 80 jaar zijn wij wereldmarktleider in het maken en verkopen van steenwol oplossingen. Uiteraard doen we dit niet alleen We doen dit samen met meer dan ROCKWOOL-collega's wereldwijd, waarvan er 1.200 op onze locatie in Roermond werkzaam zijn.
