- De naleving van het Health, Safety & Environment-beleid;
- Het beheren, registreren, bewerken en onderhouden van gegevens in programma's zoals MES/Camstar;
- Het onderzoeken en uitvoeren van acties in Non-Conformity rapporten;
- Het onderhouden van gereedschappen binnen verschillende afdelingen;
- Het voorraadbeheer van gereedschap, behandelen en verwerken van gereedschapsaanvragen;
- De ontwikkeling van tooling/gereedschappen, het maken van offertes voor tools/gereedschappen, input voor nieuwe product offertes, wijzigingen in de toolingconfiguratie waarbij kosten worden geschat, planning wordt gecoördineerd en implementatie plaatsvindt;
- Het onderhouden van positieve teamrelaties met zowel interne als externe klanten en collega's;
- Het voortdurend verbeteren van productieprocessen door het implementeren van Lean initiatieven;
- Het bieden van ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits.

Als Maintenance Calibration Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, beheer en ontwikkeling van gereedschappen.
Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de productieprocessen & zorgt ervoor dat de gereedschappen in goede staat zijn en dat de productieprocessen op een veilige & efficiënte manier kunnen plaatsvinden. Hiernaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor de productie met betrekking tot tooling.
Dit houdt o.a. in dat je Non-Conformity Reports onderzoekt en acties uitvoert.
