De SKBNM (Stichting Kinderopvang Bussum Naarden Muiden en Muiderberg) vangt wekelijks ca. 3500 kinderen van 0-13 jaar op in de ruim 20 locaties binnen de gemeente Gooise Meren. Vanuit de passie voor het kind (op één) en de gedrevenheid van de professionals heeft men een duidelijke koers voor de komende jaren: Het behouden, uitbouwen en uitdragen van de positie van de SKBNM als grootste en maatschappelijk ondernemende, integrale en onafhankelijke kinderopvangorganisatie in Gooise Meren. Vanuit deze positie kan SKBNM haar rol pakken als het gaat om actuele thema's als duurzaamheid, kansgelijkheid, diversiteit en integrale jeugdgezondheid. een betere generatie voor een betere wereld' Meer over de organisatie en de pedagogische visie kun je uiteraard vinden op de website: . Vanuit deze onafhankelijke stafrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bewaking van de financiële positie van de organisatie voor korte en lange termijn. De stichting werkt niet voor het financieel belang van derden. Je ondersteunt de directeur-bestuurder en het management bij het realiseren van een effectief financieel en bedrijfseconomisch beleid. Daarbij ligt je focus vooral op het opstellen van de meerjarenbegroting, managementrapportages en het maken van analyses en prognoses. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Directeur/ bestuurder en werk je nauw samen met de afdeling Financiën. Je vervult een cruciale rol binnen het financiële beheer van SKBNM als business/financial controller, informatiespecialist en compliance officer. Welke bakens ga jij als de nieuwe Controller van SKBNM verzetten?Vervolgens stel je heldere en overtuigende rapporten en presentaties op om de resultaten van de analyses te communiceren aan belanghebbenden op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
Je identificeert trends in de data om waardevolle inzichten te verkrijgen en adviseert het bestuur, management en de afdelingen op basis van de verkregen inzichten om processen te optimaliseren en beleidsbeslissingen te ondersteunen.
In samenwerking met het team financiën ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vormgeving en uitvoering van de begrotingscyclus en het beheer en onderhoud van het begrotingsmodel (meerjaren-, onderhoud- etc.).
Naast dat je op strategisch niveau sparringpartner bent voor bestuur en raad van toezicht heb je er ook lol in, om daar waar nodig, de details in te duiken. Wo-/hbo-opgeleid als bedrijfseconoom of bedrijfskundige, met aantoonbare ervaring als Business/Financial Controller.

Visie op financieel beleid en beheersing – liquiditeiten management.
Zelfstandig en tegelijkertijd een samenwerker en verbinder.
Het betreft een aanstelling voor 24-32 uur (in overleg met jou in te vullen).
