Je bedient relaties op het gebied van particuliere schadeverzekeringen. Het gaat hier om vermogende klanten met bijzondere bezittingen die goed verzekerd dienen te zijn.

Vanuit de binnendienst en met een eigen portefeuille bedien je onze preferred klanten, virtueel of telefonisch. Jij bent zelf in de lead en maakt proactief klantafspraken en voert klantgesprekken.
Daarnaast ondersteun je het team met diverse werkzaamheden, zoals klantgerichte projecten, beantwoorden van klantvragen voor de totale klantengroep. Naast je eigen doelstellingen zijn er diverse teamdoelstellingen geformuleerd.

Het team bestaat uit 17 collega's verdeeld over de binnen-, en buitendienst en over preferred en private clients. Er heerst een dynamische en informele, maar professionele sfeer, waar iedereen door middel van een open en persoonlijke cultuur elkaar naar een hoger niveau tilt. We geven elkaar complimenten en voorzien elkaar ook van passende feedback. Ook naar de klant hanteren we een klantgericht, persoonlijke en professionele instelling.
Aon is een toonaangevende adviseur en verzekeringsmakelaar op het gebied van Risk Capital en Human Capital Solutions in Nederland.
Eind 2023 is bekend gemaakt dat de particuliere bemiddelings- en volmachtactiviteiten in Nederland verkocht worden aan Blackfin Capital Partners, onder voorbehoud van onder meer goedkeuring van regulerende instanties. Voorbereidingen worden getroffen voor het afsplitsen van de particuliere activiteiten in een nieuw te vormen organisatie, met circa 400 medewerkers.
Deze functie zal onderdeel gaan uitmaken van het nieuw te vormen bedrijf . Een organisatie waar klantcontact en digitalisering hand in hand gaan. Waarbij met een ondernemende hands-on mentaliteit en in een informele sfeer continue wordt gestreefd naar verbeteringen voor de klant.

Een zelfstandige en dynamische baan met volop ruimte en mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen. De salarisindicatie voor deze functie ligt tussen de EUR 2.500,- en EUR 4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van jouw opleiding, ervaring en kennis.
Omdat wij geloven dat niemand hetzelfde is bieden we naast het vaste bruto maand salaris ook een flexibele salariscomponent van 19,21% van het bruto maandsalaris. Dit percentage kun je maandelijks extra laten uitbetalen of bijvoorbeeld extra verlofdagen aankopen. De keuze is aan jou.
