Het Media Measurement team in Nederland bedient een grote hoeveelheid klanten die te maken hebben met het sterk veranderende medialandschap: commerciële en publieke omroepen, uitgevers, digitale platformen, mediabureaus en adverteerders. Wij helpen onze klanten met de uitdaging om consumenten te bereiken en te boeien. We bieden inzichten gebaseerd op kwantitatief onderzoek in het grootste online access panel van Nederland en putten ook uit ons GfK Crossmedia Link (GXL), waarin we het mediagebruik via online en offline kanalen meten.
Als Senior Researcher combineer je verantwoordelijkheid voor salesactiviteiten met het uitvoeren van complexe onderzoeksprojecten. Hierbij werk je samen met twintig collega's uit het Media Measurement Team, met elk hun eigen competenties en verantwoordelijkheden.
Als Senior Researcher heb jij de volgende belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden:
· Je bent een aanspreekpartner voor onze klanten, die ons als betrouwbare, deskundige partij kennen;
· Je brengt klantvragen in kaart en werkt deze uit tot projectontwerpen/voorstellen en relevante rapportages; deze bespreek je met en presenteer je aan klanten;
· Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten, o.a. gebruik makend van GfK Crossmedia Link en op het gebied van digitale kanalen;
· Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van meerdere projecten;
· Je adviseert bij methodologische vraagstukken.
Welke vaardigheden, kwalificaties en ervaring moet je hebben?
· Je vindt het leuk om zowel commercieel als ook inhoudelijk bezig te zijn;
· Je hebt 3-5 jaar werkervaring bij een adverteerder, mediabedrijf of marktonderzoeksbureau; universitair werk- en denkniveau; aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van statistiek en onderzoek;
· Je kunt je mondeling en schriftelijk goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels en zet je communicatieve vaardigheden graag in om onze klanten goed te woord te staan;
· Uiteraard kun je zelfstandig werken, dat wil zeggen prioriteiten stellen/problemen oplossen; je houdt ervan om te worden uitgedaagd;
· Je vindt het leuk om sturing te geven aan projecten en samen te werken in projectteams;
