    Deze organisatie is sinds 2002 actief in het verbeteren van de digitale strategie van hun klanten. Inmiddels werken ze voor uiteenlopende, veelal grote organisaties zoals Fedex, ANWB en Elsevier. Maar ook internationale projecten waaronder Ikea en zelfs Google en Meta

    Het team is verdeeld over 3 teams, gericht op innovatie, research en staffing. In totaal werken er momenteel zo'n 20 collega's en hiernaast werken ze geregeld samen met interim professionals. Het team bestaat uit diverse specialisten op het gebied van Research en Design, maar ook is er een interne projectmanager. Ze werken vanuit een fris, modern kantoor met een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Hiernaast werken ze geregeld op locatie bij hun klanten indien nodig. Binnen het team hangt een informele sfeer, er is een hoge mate van collegialiteit en men vindt elkaar altijd in de gedeelde passie, User Experience. Naast het werk organiseren ze geregeld leuke teamuitjes of events denk aan bierproeverijen, pub quizjes en game-avonden.

    Als Senior UX Researcher werk je in teamverband voor (en soms bij) verschillende klanten. Dit hangt ook af van het ''label'' waarvoor je komt te werken. Zo kun je bij staffing voor langere projecten (denk aan één of twee jaar) bij klanten aan de slag gaan. Maar binnen het innovatieteam zul je meer bezig zijn met inhouse opdrachten. Je werkt veelal in agile (scrum)teams, zo'n team bestaat vaak uit collega's van research en design, maar ook developers, copywriters en/of marketeers. Je vertaalt huidige uitdagingen in een onderzoeksplan. Je voert onderzoek zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband uit. Je leert de verschillende methoden en tools toe te passen zoals contextual research, experience testing en global research. Hiermee breng je gebruikersinzichten en aanbevelingen naar voren die de klant ondersteunen in hun ontwerpproces, met een verbeterde klantervaring als resultaat. Hiervoor stel je onderzoek rapportages op en geef je bijvoorbeeld presentaties.


    • Je hebt een relevante afgeronde opleiding op HBO- of WO-niveau

    • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in relevante projecten

    • Je hebt ervaring met uiteenlopende onderzoeksmethoden (diepte-interviews, user test en focus groepen)

    • Je hebt UX-design kennis en kent de rol van onderzoek daarin

    • Je bent analytisch sterk

    • Je hebt passie voor User Experience

    • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
