- Ensure that all products are packed and handled to meet customer specifications quality check and audit products.
- Accurately assessing and completing Inbound checks / documentation on intake of product.
- Maintain quality monitoring in production area, ensuring that information is recorded in KBS accurately.
- Re Inspections for resident deliveries - change RAG.
- Communicate issues on quality - take out in excess of expectation, unexpected issues, replacement stock to commercial team.
- Monitoring of Class 2 and waste across packhouse, reallocation of stock to customer specs
- All pallets to be positive released from Production and Warehouse.
- To assist with temperature checks and calibration.
- To support training and coaching third party packing facilities with quality standards to meet customer specifications.
