    De consultant zal samen met Sr. Business consultant intervisie gesprekken houden om de uitdagingen of knelpunten binnen een organisatie "bloot te leggen" om vervolgens een passend voorstel te presenteren dat zal leiden tot een opdrachtstelling. De opdrachtstelling kent een heldere scope met een resultaatverwachting vanwaar uit de consultant met eventueel een engineer zal gaan werken.



    Als consultant ben je aan de voorkant betrokken bij de acquisitiegesprekken. Je bent de inhoudelijke sparring-partner naast de Sr. Business Consultant in de gesprekken. Als consultant heb je door je brede ervaring en kennis, opgedaan in de proces- en maakindustrie, snel inzichtelijk waarbinnen de uitdagingen van de klant zich bevinden en weet je op basis van vragen, analytisch inzicht en ervaring snel tot de kern te komen. Je bent in staat jouw inzichten goed samen te vatten en te presenteren in een vervolggesprek met de klant en hierin tot een passend verbetervoorstel te komen.

    Na de totstandkoming van de opdrachtscope zet je deze om in een projectvorm waarbij de regie en uitvoering tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid behoort om zo te komen tot het gewenste resultaat bij de klant. Gedurende het project zul je worden gecoacht door je buddy en evt. kennis ophalen binnen de organisatie Trento (collega's) die je helpt bij het realiseren van het project. Eventuele resources die nodig zijn voor het slagen van het projecten vallen eveneens onder jouw regie en verantwoordelijkheid. Tussentijds zal je Sr. Business consultant met jou en de opdrachtgever evalueren zodat het te verwachten resultaat naar het eind toe van het project wordt behaald en geborgd. Aan het eind van je project presenteer je je resultaten aan de klant en zul je de kennis gaan delen in de Trento projectenstructuur en een kennissessie hieraan wijden.



    Functie eisen

    Als consultant bij Trento verwachten wij dat je aan de volgend eisen voldoet;

    • HBO of TU achtergrond in de richting Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Logistiek
    • 20 jaar Industrie ervaring, niet bij slechts een bedrijf, maar in meerdere verschillende bedrijven/branches.

    Opgebouwde ervaring in:

    • Meerdere, verschillende takken van industrie, bv.: Maakindustrie, Metaal-, Automotive, Logistieke Dienstverlening, etc.
    • Meerdere, verschillende functies in verschillende vakgebieden bv.: Proces, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.
    • Meerdere, verschillende functies in hiërarchische posities bekleed, bv.: Manager engineering of Manager Operations, Managing Director, Plantmanager of Consultant.
    • Met ander woorden iemand die van "Doe functies" naar "Bestuursfuncties" is gegroeid, met voeten in de klei en hoofd een beetje in de wolken, maar wel realist.

    Geografisch flexibel: Nederland en België
    Talen; Nederland, Engels, Duitse en pré Frans
    Competenties; sterk communicatief, uitstekende luistervaardigheden, stakeholdermanagement, sterk analytisch vermogen, oplossingsgericht, creatief, ondernemend.
