WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**- This function is accountable for adequate reporting to local and international management and financial planning for AVN.

Act as a Business Partner with AVN Managers to create financial plans and LBE's and to report on financial performance.
Communicate with different parties such as the commercial organization and Shared Services (HUB, IFO, Genpact) to reach the desired results.
Provide advice, information and financial expertise to the organization
Maintain, update and improve financial processes & tools

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Higher Professional Education degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial position.
Experience in International Finance is preferred.
Expert in Excel, preferably with macro and programming knowledge.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects is preferred.
Fluent in English, proficient in Dutch
Good collaboration and communication skills
Eager to learn new skills and develop your competences
Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation
