    Location: Leiden (NL) – minimum 3 days per week in the office.

    The Role

    We are looking for a Head of Finance Administration to lead and further professionalize Nomios Group's financial administration processes. In this role, you will oversee purchase invoice processing, expense declarations, bank statement processing, and sales invoice bookings. You will also manage internal and external communication related to finance administration and supervise the finance administration team (2 FTEs).

    This position requires strong leadership, hands‑on operational expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple countries.

    You will report to the Group Finance Manager and manage a team of 2 FTEs.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and optimize finance administration processes across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium
    • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 2 FTEs (training, goal setting, performance management)
    • Oversee purchase invoice processing, expense processing, and supplier master data accuracy
    • Ensure accuracy and quality in accounting and reporting
    • Support month‑end closing, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
    • Ensure compliance, security, and efficiency within purchase-to-pay processes
    • Collaborate with local controllers, finance teams, and Managing Directors across group entities
    Your Profile
    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Proven experience in finance administration and team leadership
    • Strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial controls
    • Hands‑on experience with the purchase-to-pay cycle
    • High attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills across international environments
    What We Offer
    • Salary: Range €6.800-€7.500,- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
