As Head of Finance Administration, you are not just managing a process; you are leading a transition.
Following the decision to in-source our financial administration from the UK, you will be responsible for rebuilding stability, professionalizing the local team, and optimizing the purchase-to-pay cycle across NL, GER, and BEL.
We need a leader with a "firm but fair" personality who can hold their own in a complex international environment and drive performance in a team that needs new motivation and clear direction.
