    For our Apeople office in Born, The Netherlands, we are currently looking for Coordinator for Belgium.

    Your tasks will include:

    • Coordination between employees, Belgian customers, recruitment and back office;
    • Follow up on ''sick leave'' and try to minimize the rate of illness;
    • Individual guidance of foreign-speaking job seekers with regard to employment;
    • Coaching of non-Dutch speaking participants in the workplace at the employer;
    • Forming groups, compiling the content of social and technical project modules
    • skills, job interview training and others (to a lesser extent);
    • Result-oriented work; setting, evaluating and adjusting goals;
    • Taking care of, explaining and returning signed contracts and other required documents (file management and possibly registration in client systems);
    • Long-term planning regarding projects and activities to be carried out at our customers, including coordinating leave/holidays for our employees;
    • Maintaining customer relationships with foremen and coordinators of the various projects, ensuring that there is detailed knowledge of ''what is going on'';
    • Acquisition of existing customers/foremen and workers, trying to expand the activities;
    • Recruit within your own network and actively approach recruitment together with the international recruitment departments;
    • Assist employees on their first working day with, for example, gate instructions;
    • Providing back office information about starters and stoppers on a weekly reporting basis;
    • Evaluation of our service with employees, planned actions;
    • Monitoring the quality level of employees and our service;
    • Starting up services for new customers, which means that you and your colleagues ensure a smooth start to the collaboration and proactively respond to any problems

    The Coordinator Belgium:

    • Has higher education or comparable work level;
    • Has 2-5 years of work experience and the ambition to make a career;
    • Is in possession of a driving license B;
    • Knowledge of Belgian contract forms and legislation and regulations regarding temporary and contract work;
    • Go-getter, results-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and energetic characterize your person;
    • Can work both in a team and independently;
    • Has knowledge of and experience with MS Office;
    • Has fluent English language skills, spoken and written;
    • Polish, and/or Dutch language knowledge is of added value.
