    Our client stands at the forefront of liquid storage logistics, boasting a worldwide network that manages a diverse array of products spanning chemicals, gases, fuels, and emerging energy solutions.

    Job Description

    In this role as Indirect Procurement Buyer a.i. you will be responsible for:

    • Offering functional assistance to all procurement personnel involved in indirect procurement
    • Collaborate with the Operational Buyer to spearhead category management initiatives
    • Lead supplier management activities, focusing on continual enhancement of the supplier portfolio for local, regional, and global categories
    • Oversee the development of local, regional, and global supplier agreements.
    • Execute and refine the procurement process ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

    The Successful Applicant

    For this role as Indirect Procurement Buyer a.i. you need to:

    • be Directly available
    • have preferably a strategic/ operational Indirect Procurement background with focus on IT
    • be able to negotiate and to maintain sustainable stakeholder and supplier relationships & support category management
    • have excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change, optimisation and establish new ways of working
    • have working proficiency of English
