    Waternet zoekt ondersteuning in de vorm een Business Analist M2M voor de inventarisatie, onderzoek, advies en begeleiding in de vervanging van de bestaande Mobiele simkaarten voor Machine to Machine (M2M). Eén toepassing daarvan is het gebruik van spraak & data vanuit het Waternet "Mobiel tenzij" beleid en hiervoor zijn reeds voorbereidingen getroffen voor een aanbesteding die in oktober 2024 zal gaan plaatsvinden. De Business Analist M2M zal ondersteuning geven en zijn M2M bevindingen afstemmen met de Project Manager van deze mini-competitie Voice/Data "GT Mobiele Communicatie 3".
    De andere toepassingen die de Business Analist M2M zal onderzoeken en verwerken in de analyse en aanbevelingen zijn:

    Eisen die gesteld moeten worden aan het gebruik van mobiele datasims t.b.v. Laptops, tablets etc. M.b.t. Het technisch koppelvlak van deze devices en wenselijk gebruikersfunctionaliteit;
    Daarbij zal niet alleen worden gekeken naar de huidige en toekomstige technische ontwikkelingen (zoals bijvoorbeeld Esim, Lora etc.) maar ook naar eventuele financiële consequenties bij modificatie of aanpassing van de betreffende applicaties;
    Van de Business Analist wordt verwacht dat de kandidaat per direct kan starten met de inventarisatie van de huidige voorzieningen en uitwerking van een visie en aanbeveling, zodat in oktober 2024 een M2M aanbesteding kan worden uitgezet of dat deze aanbesteding kan worden meegenomen in de door VNG Mobiele mini-competitie GT Mobiele Communicatie 3. Hiervoor zal dan ook een nauwe samenwerking noodzakelijk zijn met de projectleider Aanbesteding Spraak/Data Mobiele telefonie en projectleider Vervanging Vaste Telefonie

    Rijbewijs B;
    Technische kennis in Telecom op het gebied van M2M, UMTS, 4G, 5G, pLTE, pGSM processen;
