More than 20,000 employees develop and manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems at our facilities in the Netherlands.You identify opportunities for improvement and work with the operational teams to debottleneck and streamline processes, eliminate process waste, clarify roles and responsibilities, and specify requirements for supporting tools and systems.
Peers in your team are the Technical Facility and Services Managers, Facility Shutdown Manager and Maintenance Project Portfolio Manager.
You will report to the Manager Operations/Tactical Asset Management.service quality and performance; Identifying operational improvement opportunities and managing development and implementation.
Facilitate operational compliance with (tailored) asset management processes.
Support Technical Facility Managers in coordinating suppliers regarding practical implementation of changes to service levels or scope of work.
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, asset management or business administration or otherwise relevant discipline.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar complex (industrial) environment.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and medior management levels, peers, teams, service providers, contractors and consultants.
