- Holding workshops with customers
- Collecting business requirements
- Designing functional documentation
- Taking part in testing and rollout
- Participate in the implementation of large digitalization projects for international retailers located across different countries;
- Communicate with stakeholders to define processes and workflows, and gather business and functional requirements;
- To design a solution;
- Writing functional requirement documents for further development;
- To consult business and development teams to enable the proper implementation of the requirements;
- Solution testing prior to delivery to the customer;
- Understanding Retail business processes;
- Technical background;
- Experience in functional requirements design and documentation;
- Ability to describe a process using diagram and text;
- Retail POS software systems knowledge;
- Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar) would be an advantage;
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must;
