Job Purpose:

Voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe producten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de market access strategie, het genereren en communiceren over market access onderdelen en het geven van inhoudelijke, methodologische en technische adviezen aan de brandteams, maar ook aan de bredere organisatie. Ook draag je zorg voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van onderzoeken op dit gebied, die bedoeld zijn om de (potentiële) maatschappelijke waarde van de producten te optimaliseren.

In deze functie ben je daarnaast verantwoordelijk als projectmanager in de vroege fases van de lancering van de nieuwe producten. Hierbij kun je bijvoorbeeld denken aan een inventarisatie van de marktsituatie en een evaluatie van mogelijke data die benodigd is om de market access strategie op een optimale manier te kunnen uitvoeren. Je bent vanuit deze rol betrokken in het cross-functionele team waarmee je uiteindelijk samen het product succesvol op de markt brengt.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van market access & pricing strategie.
• Samen met het cross-functionele team realiseren van optimale toegang tot onze producten voor patiënten middels het verkrijgen van vergoeding door het schrijven van vergoedingsdossiers en opname in (intramurale) formularia.
• Definiëren, opzetten en (laten) uitvoeren van health outcomes, health economics en epidemiologisch onderzoek teneinde de waarde van onze producten tijdig en zo goed mogelijk te onderbouwen.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren van product- en/of ziekte specifieke real-world evidence generation activiteiten.
• Het opzetten en onderhouden van zowel interne als externe netwerken.
• Het opstellen of updaten van analyses die bijdragen aan het goed positioneren van de waarde van het product / de producten waar je aan werkt (waaronder bijvoorbeeld kostenoverzichten, budget impact- of kosteneffectiviteitsanalyses).
• Overleggen met externe stakeholders omtrent de specifieke producten.
• Scenario analyses rondom de impact van bepaalde productbeslissingen uitvoeren.

Basic qualifications:

• Een PhD of 1 tot 2 jaar werkervaring na het behalen van jouw Master diploma en kennis van de methodologie van outcomes research, gezondheidseconomisch onderzoek en kwaliteit van leven onderzoek in relevante therapeutische gebieden.
• Ervaring met epidemiologische analyses, decision analysis en economische modelering/modelbouw.
• In staat zijn om technische inzichten vanuit bijvoorbeeld de modellen terug te vertalen naar mogelijke implicaties voor de waarde van het product.
• Medisch schrijven en wetenschappelijk publiceren.
• Generieke kennis omtrent het Nederlandse gezondheidszorgsysteem.
• Ervaring met systematische literatuur reviews.
• In staat zijn om een goede planning en doelstellingen te ontwikkelen.
• Vaardigheden in Excel.
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.

Preferred qualifications:

• Een sterk ontwikkeld strategisch inzicht in de impact die bepaalde analyses op de waarde van een product (kunnen) hebben. In staat zijn om scenario analyses hiervoor op te zetten is een pré.
• Brede ICT vaardigheden zijn erg behulpzaam, maar het goed kunnen werken met excel is een pré.
• In staat zijn om een goede planning en doelstellingen te ontwikkelen.
• Krijgt energie van het werken binnen een dynamisch landschap waarin de patiënt voorop staat / vindt het leuk om de impact voor de Nederlandse patiënt te zien.
• Voorkeur voor doorgroeien binnen de organisatie.
