- Creëer een langdurige, authentieke band met je collega's door groei te stimuleren en met respect en betrokkenheid te luisteren;
- De store manager ondersteunen bij het aansturen van de winkelstrategie om de beste verkoopprestaties te behalen. Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van actieplannen om de verkoop te verbeteren;
- Lead by example, door een actieve rol te spelen op de verkoopvloer om uitstekende klantenservice te bieden en zinvolle klantrelaties te ontwikkelen door middel van CRM-initiatieven;
- Garandeert de efficiëntie en effectiviteit op de vloer in termen van clientelling, display, koopwaar, netheid, verzorging etc. onderneemt actie om problemen op te lossen met positieve resultaten.
- Bewezen ervaring in een premium fashion omgeving;
- Vloeiend Engels en goede kennis van het Nederlands, die tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek zal worden getest;
- Resultaatgericht en klantgericht;
