    About the job

    As a Medior Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you will be the ultimate connection in the development and execution of growth strategies for our clients across B2B, B2C and E-commerce industry. You will be an integral part of our mission to revolutionise the way we use data to make informed decisions and enhance products and services from our clients. Your goal is to collectively take growth to the next level. You will deliver impactful results by working closely with our marketing, development, and content specialists. Together with our CTO, you will accelerate our clients' growth and take on internal projects to push DGTLmotion to new heights.

    About you

    As a Medior Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you will have a dual role, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Data Analysis and Modeling:
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
    • Build and optimize machine learning models to address specific business challenges.
    • Implement and fine-tune algorithms for predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
    • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
    • Create and manage databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data storage and retrieval needs.
    • Implement data quality and data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

    3. Collaborative Problem Solving:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related challenges and contribute to finding creative solutions.
    • Communicate technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Assist in building data visualization dashboards to present data-driven insights.

    4. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, data engineering, and relevant technologies.
    • Continuously improve data processes, models, and algorithms to enhance data efficiency and accuracy.
