DIT GA JE DOEN De rol van Recruitment Business Partner Financial Institutions houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met de werving & selectie van zowel junioren, medioren als senioren binnen de wereld van financiële instellingen. Binnen dit vakgebied kun je denken aan Consultants binnen de wereld van KYC, CDD en Compliance Opdrachtgevers waar je aan kan denken zijn; banken, verzekeraars, pensioenuitvoerders, cryptobedijven, accountancykantoren, advocatenkantoren en nog veel meer. Jouw takenpakket ligt niet alleen bij het aannemen van super toffe nieuwe collega's, maar gaat nog veel verder dan dat Op creatieve manieren weet jij kandidaten binnen de financiële dienstverlening te enthousiasmeren en aan ons te verbinden. Slim searchen, actief werven, het opbouwen en onderhouden van talentpools, stakeholdersmanagement van de interne teams, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en zorgen voor een optimale candidate experience zijn jouw recruitment taken in een notendop. Team EIFFEL is groot, maar voelt klein. Als Recruitment Business Partner Financial Institutions werk je samen met de Recruitment Business Partners binnen de Business Unit Compliance. Daarnaast sta je in contact met de consultants binnen de business units, omdat je oprecht geïnteresseerd bent in wat zijn doen, om dat weer mee te nemen in je gesprekken met potentiële nieuwe EIFFELlaars. Lunchen kun je in ons bedrijfsrestaurant en op de vrijdagmiddag ben je uitgenodigd om de werkweek gezellig af te sluiten met collega's onder het genot van een hapje en drankje. Verder krijg je;
    • Bruto maandsalaris tussen de 3000 en 5000 euro per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring en inhoudelijke kennis);
    • Leaseauto of Ov-kaart;
    • 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld;
    • Zakelijke telefoon en laptop (ook voor privégebruik);
    • Groot aanbod aan training & opleidingen.

Daarvoor beschik je over de topsportmentaliteit om elke dag in jezelf, Team EIFFEL en jouw EIFFELlaars investeren. Je vindt het leuk om vol energie te netwerken en in drukke tijden kun jij je hoofd koel houden door hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden. Je bent actiegericht, schakelt snel als een hulpvraag wordt gesteld en gaat graag de uitdagingen aan die op je pad komen. Daarnaast beschik je over onderstaande;
    • Bij voorkeur minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Recruitment Business Partner, (Corporate) Recruiter, Intercedent of Bureau Recruiter;
    • Een netwerk binnen de wereld van Financial Institutions is een pré;
    • Hoge dosis energie en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
    • Minimaal een afgeronde mbo/hbo-diploma.
