Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Junior Logistiek Medewerker (Parts Adviseur) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het op de juiste wijze opzoeken, bestellen en inkopen van onderdelen, het oproepen van onderdelen bij de verschillende leveranciers en het uitleveren van onderdelen aan collega vestigingen, monteurs en (balie)klanten. Daarnaast is het jouw taak om de voorraad op hoogte te houden. Dit alles doe je in samenspraak met je mede-collega's. Opgesomd horen de volgende werkzaamheden tot jouw takenpakket:

Het ontpakken van ontvangen orders, alsook het verzamelen van inkooporders en deze verzendklaar maken
Zorgdragen voor het beheer van alle voorraden
Zowel in- als extern verkopen van onderdelen volgens het vastgestelde verkoopbeleid van het magazijn
Voorbereiden van werkorders en het (administratief) afhandelen van verkoop- en orderadministratie
Op een ordelijke en veilige wijze opslaan van onderdelen
Beheren en bewaken van magazijnprocessen, afwijkingen rapporteren
Zorgdragen voor een goede bereikbaarheid van het magazijn
Analyseren van de omzet en meedenken met verbetervoorstellen

Profiel kandidaat

Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO (werk- en denk) niveau;
Bij voorkeur ervaring met automatiseringssystemen;
Affiniteit met bedrijfswagens en/of techniek;
Je bent flexibel, hebt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid;
Verder ben je enthousiast, leergierig en proactief

Geboden wordt

Salaris tussen de € 1800 en € 2600 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur per week
25 vakantiedagen per kalenderjaar en de mogelijkheid tot het kopen van extra verlof

Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer
Overwerk wordt uitbetaald met een toeslag die hoger is dan dat in de cao is opgenomen
Ieder jaar op 5 mei vrij
