- Checking and processing personnel changes regarding inflow, throughflow and outflow of employees;
- Taking care of all checks in the system and HR correspondence;
- Answer questions regarding employment conditions, legislation, policies & regulations and our HR systems;
- Requesting and processing Purchase Orders;
- Provide advice on DP World's HR policies and procedures;
- Ensuring that our HR information systems (AFAS, Kronos (time registration) and personnel files are kept up to date;
- Providing HR reports and optimizing HR processes;
- Contributing to accurate consolidation and checks of the monthly payroll administration.
- You have completed a vocational degree, preferably in the field of HR or Administration;
- You bring 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an supporting HR position with a focus on HR or Payroll administration;
- Excellent proficiency (spoken & written) in both Dutch and English language is a must;
- Experience with AFAS, payroll administration or UWV (absenteeism administration) is required, affinity with HR Information systems is therefore desired;
- You are service-oriented with a decent level of accuracy and flexibility;
- You are at least 32-40 hours per week available;
- You are based & authorized to work in the Netherlands with the ability to work onsite at our Tilburg office - working from home is possible for 1 day per week.
