Wij zijn op zoek naar een business support administrator voor ons distributiecentrum in Tilburg voor onze klant die actief is in de grafische, imaging en medische sector. Samen met een ervaren team werken wij aan een nauwkeurige planning en uitvoering van inkomende en uitgaande transporten.

Dit ga je doen

Als business support administrator ga jij er samen met een ervaren gedreven team voor zorgen dat alle vrachtwagens, zowel binnenkomend als uitgaand, volgens de door jouw opgestelde planning aankomen en vertrekken. De leveranciers en ontvangers zijn zowel Europees als niet-Europees. Intern communiceer je met de diverse operationele afdelingen over forecasting, planning en zending details.

Via diverse platforms onderhoud je contact met verschillende klanten en houd je contact met diverse entiteiten van de klant en draag je zorg voor professionele support. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor divers operationele taken, zoals outbound planning, klant – en vervoerderscontracten, klantenservice en klachtenafhandeling. Je volgt nauwgezet vooraf opgestelde procedures, klantafspraken, KPI's, SLA's en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarnaast ben je actief bezig met het creëren van ritten in het TMS systeem, dagelijkse transportadministratie, facturatie, rapportage en registraties.

Belangrijk is ook je vermogen om sterkte relaties op te bouwen met mensen in de operatie, zoals chauffeurs en warehouse supervisors. Je begeleidt chauffeurs en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling. Samen met het hele team streven we ernaar om aan de verwachtingen van onze klant.

Kunnen presteren onder druk;
Kwaliteit bewaken en afwijkingen registreren;
Kennis van SAP, systemen zoals WMS en gerelateerde master data (is een plus);
Kennis en ervaring in de logistieke wereld;
Goede kennis van Nederlands- en Engelse taal;
MBO werk- en denkniveau verkregen door een afgeronde opleiding of werkervaring.
