- Als Commercieel Medewerker Buitendienst leg jij commerciële bezoeken af bij dealers in Nederland, gericht op professionele eindgebruikers in de automotive en industriële sector.
- Daarnaast werk jij nauw samen met je collega (key) Accountmanagers en ondersteun jij op vestigingsniveau.
- Je onderhoudt de relatie met eigenaren, aankopers, baliemedewerkers, departementsverantwoordelijke en verkopers van je dealers.
- Hierbij volg jij het omzetplan en je neemt commerciële initiatieven om de beoogde groei te behalen.
- Daarnaast zorg jij ervoor dat de voorraden bij de dealers aansluiten bij de vraag en de merchandising in de winkels op orde is.
- Jij enthousiasmeert de medewerkers van je dealers door het geven van producttrainingen. Hierbij vorm jij samen met je collega Technisch Demonstrateur, die zich vooral richt op het technisch aspect, een uitstekend duo.
- Nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen volg jij in de markt en je weet hierop in te spelen. Daarnaast geef jij inzicht in de concurrentie en nieuwe kansen op zowel distributie- als eindgebruikersniveau.
- Ook werk jij op een constructieve manier samen met jouw collega's van de afdeling marketing, afdeling customer service, afdeling aftersales, de CTC, de key accountmanager en de Sales Manager.
- Tot slot rapporteer jij aan de Sales Manager.
