    Warehouse Administration Employee in Eindhoven

    Wil jij werkzaam zijn in ons nieuwe Warehouse in Eindhoven, met de meest geavanceerde en innovatieve warehouse systemen en zelfs een eigen sportschool. We hebben onlangs een modern Autostore aan ons warehouse toegevoegd, compleet met geavanceerde robotica en high-tech oplossingen.

    Voor de Warehouselocatie van Marel in Eindhoven zijn we zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Warehouse Administration Employee om deel uit te maken van ons dynamische logistieke team.

    Als de Warehouse Administration Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale administratieve verwerking op de afdeling Warehouse. Er wordt gewerkt in autonome teams. Als een Warehouse Administration Employee ben je het gezicht van de afdeling Warehouse en de contactpersoon voor problemen in het veld. In de functie heb je de rol als schakelfunctie tussen Warehouse en de afdelingen: Supply Chain, Inkoop, Service, Productie, Assemblage en Verkoop, waarbij operationele zaken met elkaar afgestemd worden.

    Wat ga je doen:

    • Het correct verwerken van de orders waarbij kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, snelheid en efficiency belangrijke speerpunten zijn
    • Bij afwijkingen informeren en onderhouden van contacten (schriftelijk en telefonisch) met interne klanten
    • Aandragen van oplossingsvoorstellen voor problemen
    • Administratief verwerken van de goederenstroom en voorraad zowel intern als extern
    • Invoeren van transacties in het ERP systeem (SAP S4 HANA) ter ondersteuning van het proces (zoals aanvulling van de bulklocatie naar de picklocatie)
    • Onderzoeken van de meldingen die vanuit het "veld" komen (ontbrekende onderdelen, verkeerd geleverde onderdelen, voorraadverschillen, etc.)
    • Het verzamelen van gevraagde data en deze aanleveren in bestaande of nieuwe rapportages (bijv. KPI's) en onderhouden hiervan
    • Deelnemen aan verbeterprocessen (continuous improvement)
    • Het optimaliseren van de Supply Chain middels projecten gericht op het verbeteren van de materiaalverwervingsprocedure en goederenstroom
    • Optimaliseren van het logistieke proces rekening houdend met kosten / kwaliteit / tijd
    • Het bedenken en uitwerken van nieuwe werkwijzen en procedures in lijn met visie van de Supply Chain
    • Fysiek in het magazijn aanwezig om zelf verbeteringen door te voeren

    Wie ben jij:

    • Je hebt een MBO-niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau;
    • Je hebt een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratief-logistiek functie; minimaal 1-3 jaar
    • Je hebt kennis van ERP systemen SAP EWM – 4HANA en het MS-office pakket
    • Je bent bekend met Excel of je bent bereid tot het volgen van cursussen
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
    • Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent iemand die van aanpakken weet
