    Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Hybrid working mode

    The world becomes increasingly complex, unpredictable and inter-connected. To manage and mitigate the risks every business face, client's need a strong global partner.

    AXA XL offer customized risk management solutions and consulting services to understand and quantify the risks each company faces today or may face in the future. We help clients avoid preventable losses and minimize the impacts of events beyond their control.

    Our clients operate in different facilities in a variety of locations and in many geographies. At AXA XL we help them create a comprehensive overview of the risks they're facing, with details on exposures and constraints they might encounter locally. We're there to identify how these risks fit into their corporate risk management strategy and support them to determine and prioritize investments needed to control these risks.

    As a Risk Consultant, you will conduct Loss Prevention Surveys at client premises across various sizes and occupancies to establish location risk quality ratings, loss estimates and develop risk improvement recommendations according to existing standards. In addition to this, you will work closely with both clients and Account Consultants to help them understand and improve their risk.

    What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Efficiently conduct Loss Prevention Surveys at client's premises of all sizes and occupancies.
  • Interact with clients on a local facility level as well as with Risk Managers and Brokers.
  • Be responsible for risk improvement by clients through proactive recommendation monitoring.
  • Handle large and medium size project reviews.
  • Collaborate with all Risk Consulting Lines of Business (LoBs).

    • You will report to the Property Manager, AXA XL Risk Consulting.

    We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Previous experience of working in risk consulting is preferable.
  • Experience of assessing property risk and a detailed knowledge of fire protection standards, NFPA codes, FM data sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule work efficiently within the available time frame.
  • Risk Management or Insurance qualifications are highly beneficial
