    Ben jij een juridische professional met een talent voor operationeel leiderschap en ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche? Allianz Partners is op zoek naar een Legal Counsil (en Country Lead) om ons team te versterken. Dit is een belangrijke rol binnen de Nederlandse Business Unit en omvat het brede juridisch management in de Benelux van externe advocaten die actief zijn in landen binnen de Europese regio, terwijl je juridische diensten levert die onze bedrijfsstrategie en duurzame zakelijke groei ondersteunen.

    Het juridische team is een PAN-Europees team, en jij zult de leiding hebben over de juridische functie in de Benelux bestaande uit 2 medewerkers. De regionale manager Juridische Zaken, aan wie je rapporteert, werkt vanuit het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het kantoor van Allianz Partners in Nederland is gevestigd in Amsterdam, dat jouw basis zal zijn. We bieden de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken, waarbij je zowel op kantoor als vanuit huis kunt werken en in de toekomst ook deels vanuit het buitenland.

    Wat ga je doen:

    • Operationeel Leiderschap: Je leidt de lokale juridische functie, waarbij je het juridische team van 2 medewerkers en externe dienstverleners aanstuurt.
    • Juridisch Advies: Bied juridisch advies over de verzekerings- en serviceketen, ter ondersteuning van belangrijke interne belanghebbenden en onderhandelingen met partners.
    • Strategische Governance: Verschaf strategisch juridisch en governance-advies aan regionale en lokale leidinggevenden van Allianz Partners, en zorg ervoor dat openbare documentatie in handelsregisters nauwkeurig is.
    • Teamontwikkeling: Mentor en stimuleer jouw juridische team en bevorder een samenwerkingsgerichte omgeving.
    • Budgetbeheer: Je stuurt externe advocatenkantoren aan om juridische kosten te beheersen en je beheert het budget van het juridische team in de Benelux.
    • Projecten: Je neemt deel aan wereldwijde juridische leiderschapsinitiatieven en aan lokale en regionale projecten van Allianz Partners.
    • Efficiëntie Initiatieven: Je ontwikkelt standaard juridische documentatie en verbeter de efficiëntie binnen de juridische functie.

    Wat breng je mee:

    • Afgeronde WO master en kennis van verschillende juridische disciplines zoals ondernemingsrecht, verzekeringsrecht, toezicht, contracten en/of juridische procedures
    • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Nederlandse gekwalificeerde advocaat in een advocatenkantoor en/of als bedrijfsjurist
    • Werkervaring in een internationaal opererende onderneming
    • Ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team, bijvoorbeeld als senior medewerker
    • Deskundigheid in regelgeving en naleving
    • Engels op C1-niveau of hoger en je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands
    • Gekwalificeerd om te werken in de EU
    • Woonachtig in Nederland of bereid daarheen te verhuizen

    Wat bieden wij:

    • Bruto maandsalaris tussen €6500,- en €6800,- op basis van 38 uur.
    • Bonuspakket en jaarlijkse eindejaarsbonus

    • 25 vakantiedagen per jaar + de mogelijkheid om 13 ATV- dagen extra te sparen
